President

President of Clout Construction, Davis is personally involved in the executive project management of all projects. Davis is a Third Generation General Contractor having grown up within the industry. He has been licensed in Florida for nearly ten years, and is either licensed or pending licensure in most states throughout the United States. Davis has experience in all types of construction, from retail tenant build-outs, to restaurant & hospitality, warehouses, big box stores, as well as government work.

Additionally to his vast construction knowledge, Davis is also a Licensed Realtor focusing on commercial real estate. This allows Clout to help in pre-construction starting all that way back with acquisitions.
