Davis Reed

President

President and managing partner of Clout Construction, Davis is personally involved in the executive project management of all projects. Davis is a Third Generation General Contractor having grown up within the industry. He has been licensed in Florida for nearly ten years, and is either licensed or pending licensure in most states throughout the United States. Davis has experience in all types of construction, from retail tenant build-outs, to restaurant & hospitality, warehouses, big box stores, as well as government work.

Additionally to his vast construction knowledge, Davis is also a Licensed Realtor focusing on commercial real estate. This allows Clout to help in pre-construction starting all that way back with acquisitions.

Joseph Finkelberg

Vice President

Joe has spent over 15 years taking his startup residential construction company based in Chicago, to a 16 state regional GC covering the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast.  He brings his vast knowledge of running and operating a construction business to Clout Construction where he has many roles, including business development, financial management, and consultation on many different levels..  Joe was able to take his residential construction company from rehabbing one house at a time in Chicago to having over 100 rehabs/remodels going at one time in 16 states for a magnitude of clients.  Joe’s company is a licensed CGC in Florida as well as holding GC licenses in multiple other states.  Joe, an entrepreneur by definition, is a firm believer in self growth.  He follows 4 principals (The 4 agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz) he lives and breathes, which are keeping his word, he doesn’t take things personal, he always does his best and he doesn’t make assumptions.  Joe also funded/partnered with a startup event company that brought together some of Tampa’s greatest minds.  With his passion for self-growth, he shared the stage with world renowned motivational speaker Les Brown at the Historic Tampa Theater.  Joe brings an enormous amount of Value to Clout and is extremely excited for his new endeavor.
